Having taken on small-scale stage management roles since 2017 as part of producing projects in the UK, Lexi jumped at the opportunity to explore stage management on a larger-scale when she unexpectedly found herself based in New Zealand in 2021.

Access Support.
Lexi is passionate about improving accessibility for both audiences and artists alike. GROOVE, a show Lexi produced in 2022, was nominated for three Off-West End awards, including a nomination for Access. Lexi has worked on productions with captions, workshops of shows with integrated BSL, and regularly collaborates with neurodivergent artists.
